Mortgage Loan Modification

It must occur to any potential investor that the scavenger aspects of this business are not attractive to any compassionate person. Indeed, presenting any of the investment strategies listed above to the unfortunate distressed home owner may not be initially comfortable. However, foreclosure is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. The reasonable client who takes advantage of any strategy above will live to fight and prosper another day. You will encounter many clients that are immensely relieved that you have their salvation at your fingertips. Also, when you stop to consider the larger economic potential of rescuing a property at 60-70% of value; instead of the typically less than 30% return at sheriff's sale or REO, it is the better alternative for everyone concerned. Stop to consider the possibility that the house is in your neighborhood, and the local market value drop that would be the result. In the overall economic scheme of things, this is an extremely honorable pursuit.
