- Recent
two YTD Paystubs for all borrowers
- Homeowners Insurance Company information if applicable
(Contact info and acct No.)
- Liquid assets for all borrowers (Life
insurance, any and all retirement funds, etc.)
- Employer's contact info
- Rent or current mortgage documents
- Copy of Drivers License and
- Social Security Card (please
lighten and enlarge before faxing)
- Copy of the
signed/dated contract (if
applicable)
- Divorce/Bankruptcy
documents
(if applicable)
- Copy of Resident Alien
Card
(front and back) if applicable
Stated
Loan Application Additions:
- Accountant's letter stating Self Employed for the last two
years.
- Recent three months bank statements
- Copies of Business License for the past two years.
Credit
Report fee is typically $25 at application.
Your
appraisal typically runs between $325.00 and $350.00 at the time
of appraisal, after loan approval.
